HUAHINE Lagoon Sailing

The sailing cruises we offer on the lagoon of Huahine are for the visitors who are staying in hotels or family pensions but who wish to treat themselves to a real yachting day.

We embark from Quay of Fare by 9 a.m

We hoist the mainsail and steer the boat in the direction of the entry pass of Fare for a short sailing at sea.
We enter the lagoon through the entry pass of Fitii.

We continue our sailing southwards and we anchor close to the reef barrier for our first snorkeling.
With the dinghy, we will soon be close to the reef : from this location, you will discover beautiful colored corals.

Continuation of our sailing to the South in direction of the Avea Bay.
We anchor for lunch time in the pristine and shallow waters of this bay.

Lunch is served onboard and is made of fresh local products : shrimps and coconut milk, assortment of fruit. We also offer a homemade chocolate tart at coffee time. Lunch is served with wine and mineral water.

It is time to enjoy the pleasure of your yacht : swimming and sunbathing on the deck.
With the dinghy, we will look for sting rays which remain on the sandy bottoms of the bay.
Sailing with the fair wind, we leave the Avea Bay to reach soon the Hana Iti Bay.

We anchor in front of the beautiful white sand beach of this bay.
We will take the dinghy on to shore for a beach break.
It is possible to snorkel at the coral garden of Motu Vaiorea : this spot is fantastic to observe many different species of colored lagoon fishes.

On the returning voyage, the colors of the day hint at the promise of a stunning sunset
which will end this unforgettable day sailing.

We will dock at Quay of Fare by 5.30 p.m
